The first step of how to import from China is providing product pictures, part drawings or real samples to us. Drawing format can be in 2D or 3D like JPG, PDF, DWG, DXF, STP, IGS.

At the same time, detailed description and specification of products should be offered to our company, such as size and color. The more details we have, the faster we can source the right product.

We respect client's intellectual property. Without their written permission, we will never disclose drawings and other information to any other third parties.

Confirm Quotation

The second step of how to import from China is to confirm the formal product quotation prepared by our company.

When we have collected pictures, drawings even samples, purchasing quantity, request lead time and target price, sourcing process begins immediately and quotation will be ready less than one week.

The quotation details will include material model, processes involved, manufacturing time of each process, total lead time, total costs, etc.

Approve Samples

The third step of how to source products from China is to confirm quality, color and function etc. of samples.

Once clients confirm our quotation, we will start preparing product samples according to their requirements. The samples from trial production can be provided too based on customer's request.

After customers approve samples, mass production will be arranged according to schedule.

Confirm Inspection Report

The final step of how to source products from China is to confirm inspection report of production products.

Once mass production is completed, our QC team will inspect products according to the quality standard agreed with customers. Inspection report will be prepared and sent to clients in two working days.

When customers confirm product quality is passed, we will arrange shipping immediately to ensure on-time delivery.
